We cannot talk about any Christian Ministry without referring to the God of the Bible, Who also is the author of the Bible. Every tribal group or culture has a concept of God or a Supreme Being in one form or another. The God of the Bible that Christians revere is the one that revealed Himself to humanity through His chosen people, the Israelites. He also made Himself known to different tribal groups scattered all over the world through His chosen people. Thus, the conception of God became a true manifestation as individuals began to speak to Him and hear Him speak to them. He manifested His power through the deliverance of His people and the destruction of those who attempted to stand in His way. Even though His numerous attributes surround us, many do not know Him.
He revealed Himself in the Bible as the Angel of the Lord in the Old Testament and as Jesus Christ the Messiah in the New Testament. His presence still surrounds us today as always in the person of the Holy Spirit. In all these manifestations, He never relinquished His throne in heaven. Because of this attribute, He is referred to as the Trinity as He presents Himself as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. God the Father is a Spirit, God the Holy Spirit is a Spirit, and God the Son is a Spirit that took the human form when He became the Savior; thus, He is the only familiar face that we will see in heaven as our Advocate. This is the reason why we are compelled to preach Him to the whole world. Just like every culprit needs an advocate, every sinner needs the Lord Jesus Christ to give him Life and Light (John 1:4).
